<p>Our client is looking for an International Telecom Carrier Account Manager with excellent experience working in telecommunications Carrier Wholesale to work on the Key Accounts of an international Telecom Carrier accounts, in order to increase customer satisfaction, sales revenue and profitability levels.</p>
<p>Our client is a leading international provider of communications services to telecom operators and corporations. This role will be based in Central London. In this role you will be involved in commercial business account mgt for various products as well as the preparation of commercial offers and proposals. You will be responsible for managing sales cycle, new customers, forecast, develop/qualify accounts, coordinate proposal, negotiate price and contracts, assist project management and engineering with implementation &amp; coordination).<br />
Identify and manage new international interconnectivity accounts. Focus sales and business development activities on revenue generating accounts.</p>
<p>Experience:<br />
-You must have good account management experience within the international wholesale telecom (voice or data) industry ideally with accounts in Europe.<br />
-Good experience in satellite, mobile, data, fixed line, carrier &amp; vendor sectors.<br />
-Proven account management experience within the telecoms industry in Europe.<br />
Knowledge of and account management experience with Mobile Network Operators.<br />
-You will have good communication skills both verbally and in writing.</p>
<p>Excellent salary and package worth up to £35-45,000 based on experience.</p>

Work with internal senior stakeholders to define requirements for a procurement transaction<br />
* Identify qualified suppliers capable of meeting requirements<br />
* Carry out all in depth supplier due diligence as required.<br />
* Design and execute the competitive process for each sourcing transaction to obtain the best overall value-added solutions from candidate suppliers<br />

Experience<br />

* Proven track record of strategic thinking in a Sourcing role<br />
* Excellent oral and writing skills as well as listening skills<br />
* Project management experience in complex initiatives.<br />
* Advanced proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite (especially advanced Excel)<br />
* Strong knowledge of the key aspects of the RFI/RFP/RFQ process<br />
* Strong understanding of legal contracts including service level agreements.<br />
* Knowledge of financial systems such as Oracle and PeopleSoft would be an advantage</p>

<p>Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities</p>
<p>* Facilitating business strategy in line with the overall framework and the wider goals of the business group<br />
* Partnering with the business units to identify opportunities and / or problems and assisting design of the solutions<br />
* The preparation of commercial business cases in line with the agreed governance process<br />
* The clear definition and measurement of critical success criteria and the articulation of project benefits.<br />
* Ensuring best practice is followed throughout the project lifecycle and that the solution delivered is appropriate for the stated business need<br />
* Maintaining awareness of current capabilities, future developments and industry trends</p>
<p>Experience:</p>
<p>You will ideally be a recent graduate and have some experience working within the financial services or insurance industry with have full lifecycle experience &#8211; i.e. testing and implementation as well plus ideally you will come from a consulting background.<br />
It would be a bonus for be familiarity with current analysis methodologies, modelling techniques and the use of CASE tools.<br />
Experience using these throughout the full project lifecycle<br />
Experience of both package implementation and bespoke development is essential.<br />
Insurance broking domain knowledge is desirable but not essential.</p>

You will be required to pro-actively promote our client within the market and will be supported by the engineering department in provide excellent technical sales support, tendering for new business and develop our client&#8217;s existing product range. You will be expected to establishing new business relationships using your knowledge of the industry and to target new opportunities internationally.<br />
* Work with the engineering team in preparing bids, tenders and technical support.<br />
* Assess market opportunities and target markets.<br />
* Working hand in hand with the directors to ensure the agreed strategy works in harmony with the company&#8217;s activities.<br />
* Gather intelligence on customers and competitors.<br />
* Implement strategies to win business in accordance with Company margin and time expectations.<br />
* Establish and maintain relationships with customers and partner organisations.<br />
* Liaison with the Engineering team to establish and promote best fit proposals.<br />

Experience:<br />
The successful Technical Business Development Manager will exhibit the following skills and qualifications:<br />
* Possess broad knowledge of industrial control engineering, specifically in relation to control and safety systems in the oil, gas and energy markets.<br />
* You will have held a customer facing role within the energy, oil, gas, petrochemical, nuclear or power generation industry. Ideally you would come from a technical / engineering background.<br />
* Previous sales and new business development experience with proven success<br />
* It would be a real bonus to have had experience preparing technical bids and tenders<br />
* Possess exceptional self-discipline, professionalism, time management, communication and all-round commercial skills.<br />
* The ideal candidate will have gravitas and the ability to present and influence business department heads.<br />
* Possess a flexible attitude to UK and overseas travel with a valid UK driving licence<br />
* Target and sales driven with excellent presentation skills.<br />
* Ideally you will have an engineering HND / Degree or comparable experience.<br />

<p>Our client, an international financial services firm, is looking for a The Sanctions Director ideally with legal a background who will be responsible for the Sanctions team and will report to the Director of Financial Crime.  The Sanctions Director’s primary responsibility is to manage the Sanctions team and provide advice and practical assistance to UK and International business divisions in respect of sanctions.  The Sanctions Director will also be responsible for developing and implementing internal compliance policies and procedures.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<p>Be part of the Group Compliance team which has responsibility for UK business units and International offices;</p>
<ul>
<li>Provide advice and guidance to the business units on the implementation and interpretation of the Group Sanctions, Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policies;</li>
<li>Responsible for reporting and liaising with regulators with respect to Sanctions, Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policies along with the Director of Financial Crime;</li>
<li>Deliver Sanctions training to all relevant business units along with the Director of Financial Crime;  Develop Sanctions training materials.</li>
<li>Understand the requirements of the Financial Services Authority and other regulators where they have offices worldwide;</li>
<li>Identify and apply the laws and regulations applicable to the business units operating in the UK and International business arena and in providing cross-border services;</li>
<li>Supervise negotiation and maintenance of accurate records of terms of business agreements held with insurance markets.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Experience Required</strong></p>
<p>         Legal training preferred</p>
<p>         You will have good experience and strong working knowledge of Anti-money Laundering and Financial Crime including</p>
<p>         Thorough understanding of and experience with OFAC</p>
<p>         Compliance experience gained in a general insurance broker or insurer or relevant experience in underwriting or claims or another FSA regulated sector</p>
<p>         Preferably (though not essential) have a law degree or equivalent.</p>
<p>         Knowledge of other regulatory regimes.</p>

<p>Our client, a global firm in the insurance industry, is looking for a Software Developer with good exp. In C# , .NET and excellent commercial business experience  to join and help form their development team. Candidates technical skills and extent of previous experience will obviously determine the level they will sit at within the teams. Someone who will thrive on taking a part in shaping a team and function within the large multinational firm.</p>
<p><strong>Experience for </strong><strong>IT Software Developer:</strong></p>
<p>You will have a excellent understanding of object orientation and have worked as a senior developer for at least 7 years in a tech role<br />
Good experience and a deep knowledge of C# and .Net<br />
LINQ to Object, LINQ to SQL, LINQ to XML<br />
Understand the importance of usability for the final solution<br />
Web-development.<br />
Markup: HTML, XML, XSL<br />
Javascript and jQuery<br />
It would be a bonus to have exp. In SharePoint, MVC, Unity, other programming paradigms like functional etc (F# for example).<br />
Integration: WCF and SOA<br />
BizTalk or other integration products/experience<br />
Data layer/ORM: MS SQL server 2000-2008<br />
Entity Framework, Nhibernate or other<br />
Ability to do SQL queries, stored procedures etc<br />
SSIS, SSAS (bonus)<br />
Bonus exp.: Other Microsoft products like Dynamics, etc<br />
Java development, primarily web services</p>
<p><strong>Experience:<br />
</strong>Full development lifecycle (requirements, design, development, build, QA, implementation and transition to support).<br />
Ideally experience of delivering web-based solutions for external trading partners.<br />
Knowledge and experience of all three &#8220;tiers&#8221; &#8211; presentation, business logic and database.<br />
Package customisation, implementation as well as bespoke build.<br />
Integration of multiple systems/services to deliver business solutions.<br />
inancial services/insurance a nice to have &#8211; NOT essential.<br />
You must be a dynamic personality, ability to interact with business (brokers) as well as technical colleagues essential.<br />
This is not a pure development role, you must be confident presenting to business and technical audiences.</p>

<p>Our client, an international financial services firm is looking for a Group Compliance Monitoring Executive to undertake the monitoring of compliance by our UK business units with relevant FSA regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.</p>
<p>Success will be measured in terms of impartial reporting, achieving set targets and ensuring accurate management information is distributed to the business and compliance management.</p>
<p><strong> </strong>Experience and Skills:</p>
<ul>
<li>A candidate who has two or more years working in a Compliance or Audit Department in a monitoring role.</li>
<li>Candidates should have sound experience of a monitoring role (preferably but not essentially insurance related), and should want to broaden their experience and take greater levels of responsibility. Candidates should have had some experience of working in a regulated environment.</li>
<li>Proactive rather than reactive.</li>
<li>Team player with good interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work under pressure to tight timelines and without direct supervision.</li>
<li>Organised and methodical.</li>
<li>Excellent business analytical skills</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and in writing</li>
<li>Commercial awareness.</li>
