We can offer a saving of 33% to 50% on traditional agency fees on this basis. We carry out a highly pro-active search, involving professional research and extensive advertising to identify suitable candidates.

TwinserveHR act’s as HR Headhunting and Recruitment in-house specialists acting as the contact point for all 3rd party agencies and manages all CV submissions, we carry out branded advertising and arrange initial and 1st interviews. We work closely with our clients through every stage of the process and provide all recruitment services. Your organisation benefit from less staff time spend on HR, reduction in recruitment fees to external agencies plus you benefit from a dedicated service with people who really know your business and know what you’re looking for.

Headhunting – Confidential search where you only paying all when you get results!
GravityHR headhunters are experts in identifying rare telecom, marcom, sales & executive candidates and attracting them to your business whether it is based in the UK, The Netherlands, Germany, France or Italy. We listen to you, get to know your organisation and then, as we understand the industry, search out excellent candidates with the skills you are in need of. Unlike traditional headhunting we will advertise and promote the role internationally either on a confidential basis or using your branding. We employing a flexible 8 stage process on every headhunting assignment that will deliver exceptional results. This is used if we are headhunting for a Senior Technical Sale Engineer or a Marketing Director. Our clients are based in the UK, The Netherlands, Germany, France, Belgium and Switzerland and our candidates are drawn from across the world.
You are able to track our progress through the 8 stages via your dedicated head-hunter who will be at the other end of the phone whenever you need assistance and you only pay for what you have received. To be fair and pen is out aim.
Headhunting: This is a brief outline of that we do:
1 Information Gathering. Defining the recruitment brief, organisation culture and business drivers. Agreeing timescales. Materials to be sent to candidates.
2 Research.Locating suitable candidates within relevant organisations. Feeding back to the client on the results of the research
3 Targeting. Making first candidate approaches based on research findings
4 Pre-Selection. Interview candidate and assessment using key questions / assesment.
5 Recommend Shortlist. Produce 2-5 candidate CV / profile reports and recommendations for interview.
6 Reveal the clients identity, discuss suitability and arrange Interviews. Assist with forming interview structure and team.
7 Candidates Shortlist – Put at minimum 2-3 top candidates forward for final interviews with client. Assist the client and candidate in the process.
8 Support candidates and the client during any financial or contractual negotiations if necessary leading to an agreement or terms.
