We are looking for a Senior Electronics Design Engineer to work for our client, a global manufacturer working within the electronic industry, as part of the Design team

The Senior Electronics Design Engineer is to support parts of the design of a new range of HMI products  These will be developed in accordance with the DMEDI.  This involves the Design of New Products, direct liaison with the Certification Bodies and full release and transfer of products into manufacturing.

Strive to maintain knowledge of state-of-the-art techniques and methods.
·	Ensure the adoption of "Best practice" engineering to solving the design and manufacturing challenges commensurate with time and cost targets.
·	Take a pro-active approach to the profitable application of technology to the market through innovative design and ideas on products.
·	Exercise commercial awareness in its broadest sense encompassing supplier and product manufacturing issues.
·	Take a pro-active approach to technical leadership within the project team.
·	To ensure that the "Design for Market" procedures are followed in full. In particular:
·	To take ownership of any sub-projects allocated by the project manager until the design has been fully signed off by manufacturing i.e. To ensure that the "Monitor early manufacture" process is followed correctly.
·	To ensure that all design documentation defined in DEMEDI is kept up to date and are completed within the project plan schedule.
·	To ensure that information and data required for instruction manuals etc. to enable the product to address the market are made available as required.

Experience:
·You will have ideally 5 years or more relevant product design experience with at least 2 years in HMI developments.
·Experience in appliance design in accordance with the EMC standards for Industrial Locations
·Ability to work independently and efficiently, a high level of motivation, flexibility and team spirit.
·Understanding of working in Project environments
·Flexible to Travel, eligible to work in EU  ( a.e. can travel to Germany without visa)
·Bachelor's Degree or higher in electronics Engineering

Our client, an international electronics development and manufacturing firm is looking for an Inkjet Performance Engineer to develop a detailed understanding of the inkjet process and to actively apply this knowledge to the design of waveforms, printheads and test systems.
This is a delivery role, not a research role and the successful candidate must be able to think clearly through to a practical solution, make decisions in a timely manner, based on sound fact and data, know when they are over analysing / over complicating the solution actively expand their knowledge of the inkjet process to enhance their ability to deliver robust solutions.

Experience
Ability to convert analysis into robust theories / tools / models that can be practically exploited in the product design.
A good understanding of the physical properties of fluids would be highly advantageous.
Experience of ink jet printing, in particular print head technology would be highly valuable.
Demonstrable track record of applying analytical techniques to solve real-world engineering problems.
A good degree in a Scientific/Engineering discipline (e.g. physics, mechanical Engineering)
